Did you catch my Facebook live yesterday? It was by far the most comical yet, about 3 1/2 minutes in I get attacked by our new barn cat.
There's a story behind this goof ball.
My husband, Steve, had been manifesting him for some time.
Since the oldest kids were little, we've been reading Margaret Wise Brown's book, The Big Red Barn. If you know that book, you know that the tiger tom cat goes yeow, yeow.
And if you know me, I'm NOT a cat person.
Well, when we moved into our new home in the woods, he immediately started calling in a tiger tom cat to take care of the country mice scurrying in the attic.
Guess what? He came. Not to us at first, to our neighbor. And he wouldn't leave him alone. Wandered in from the woods and made a home in his barn.
Steve certain that he went to the wrong house. The neighbor warmed up to him, in his rugged exterior-warm hearted Maine sort of way. Tiger tom cat was brought to be cleaned up at the vet and welcomed into the warm home, quickly not getting along with the other house cat.
Can you guess what happened next?
He was offered to us. Not just a scraggly stray, but all cleaned up, an expense that we really didn't need in a barn cat.
Tommy Stripes follows us around the yard, running after the kids like a pup, climbing up the storm door, hopping into the ups truck, sneaking into the house and climbing into his little cocoon of a bed.
This husband of mine, I'm not sure if he fully understands how much manifesting power he has. I sit back and watch him bring it without even trying. Effortless. This is why it's so important that we watch our thoughts. Positive and negative. So many of us are manifesting all of the time and don't even realize that we're doing it.
Now, this wasn't one of those big complicated dreams to manifest. Just a baby one. Sometimes these are the best ones. Those wishes that are easy to fulfill and still so delightful when they come to be.
So tell me today, what is your little baby dream? Do you feel it swirling about?
Bring it. Without even trying. And tell me what happens.
And whatever you do, share it with me!
The before AND the after.
